SAN FRANCISCO (April 20, 2016) – The New Home Company (NEW HOME, NYSE: NWHM) has been recognized as a winner of the 2016 Bay Area Best Places To Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
Select companies from the Bay Area were named winners of the awards program, held on April 19, 2016, for having created exceptional workplaces that its employees value highly. Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across five categories according to the number of Bay Area employees. The ranking found companies in the region whose employees rate them as the highest on such values as offering a fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits packages and other amenities such as best management practices.

NEW HOME has now received multiple Best Places to Work awards. It was previously recognized with honors for its headquarters in Aliso Viejo, Calif. by the Orange County Business Journal and for its regional office in Roseville, Calif. by the Sacramento Business Journal. It also earned consecutive Top Workplace awards from the Orange County Register the last two years.
