ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (April 14, 2016) – The National Human Resources Association Orange County (NHRA) recently honored The New Home Company (NEW HOME; NYSE: NWHM) with an HR Team of Excellence Award.
NEW HOME and its “People Team” was one of three regionally based companies recognized out of hundreds of nominees for its commitment to its employees in today’s ever-changing world of business. Also receiving awards were Telogis and Edwards Life Sciences, global organizations with headquarters in Orange County.
Established in 1951, the NHRA is a network of local affiliates focused on advancing the development of human resources professionals. Through programs and services offered across the country, NHRA strives to support those working in this discipline throughout their career life cycle. The Orange County affiliate has more than 350 members and provides opportunities for networking, leadership development and community involvement.
Accepting the award on behalf of NEW HOME was Senior Vice President, People, Fabienne Smolinski.
