ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (November 3, 2017) – The New Home Company (NEW HOME; NYSE: NWHM) has been named the Fastest Growing Public Company in Orange County on a list published by the Orange County Business Journal. The top ranking was based on NEW HOME’s 208% revenue growth over the last two years.

NEW HOME, the Aliso Viejo, California-based homebuilder, has operations in Southern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, the Sacramento region and in the Phoenix market. The Company formed in 2009 and went public in early 2014.

According to the Orange County Business Journal, NEW HOME reported $769 million in sales for the 12-month period ending on June 30, 2017 compared to $250 million in the same period two years ago. This robust growth led to its top position on the publication’s annual list of fastest growing public companies, published this week.

“We are extremely proud of the growth that we’ve achieved since going public a little over three years ago,” said H. Lawrence Webb, Chief Executive Officer of NEW HOME. “We knew that with the right people and the right strategy, our business could really take off, given the strong housing fundamentals in each of our markets. Our focus has always been on creating enduring, award-winning homes in communities that cater to today’s homebuyer. This focus has resulted in some pretty amazing growth over the last few years, and we believe it will continue to serve us well into the future.”
