Building Industry Association - Orange County Chapter Announces Incoming 2015 President & Executive Committee
Joan Marcus-Colvin of The New Home Company to be Installed as BIA/OC President, Will Lead Its Nine-Member Executive Committee

IRVINE, Calif. (November 13, 2014) — The Building Industry Association – Orange County Chapter has announced that Joan Marcus-Colvin of The New Home Company will be installed as the organization’s 2015 President along with the incoming Executive Committee and Board of Directors during BIA/OC’s 48th Annual Installation Gala set to take place November 14th at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach. This sold-out event will also honor outgoing 2014 President, Donna Kelly of Lennar.

Joining Joan Marcus-Colvin on BIA/OC’s 2015 Executive Committee will be Immediate Past President Donna Kelly of Lennar; Vice President Jim Yates of Rancho Mission Viejo; Treasurer Phil Bodem of Taylor Morrison; Secretary Mike Gartlan of KB Home; Trade Contractor Vice President Alan Boudreau of Boudreau Pipeline, Corp; Associate Member Vice President Mark Himmelstein of Newmeyer & Dillion, LLP; Member at Large Mike McMillen of TRI Pointe Homes; and Member at Large Scott Starkey of Starkey Communications. In addition to the Executive Committee, 26 BIA/OC Members will be installed to fill the 35-seat Board of Directors.
